Fried brown rice with pineapple, chicken, and peas! Yay.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice!

20 oz Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
1.5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice!

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce and pineapple juice.

  2. Bake the brown rice in a 9x9 glass baking dish with boiling water at 375F for 1 hour.

  3. Slice the marinated chicken thin and brown briefly in a skillet for 1-2 minutes. Add pineapple and peas and fry until the pineapple and pea juice has evaporated.

  4. Add the cooked brown rice and egg substitute and fry until the egg is cooked.
