good way to use up leftover rice, pork chops and veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice, pork + veggie

6 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
2 large Egg, White
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2.5 oz Green Onions
2 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice, pork + veggie

  1. cut meat and veggies into pieces sized so that they will all cook at about the same rate. Longer cooking items will be smaller pieces than fast cooking items.

  2. mince garlic and green onion

  3. heat wok and add tbs oil (I like grapeseed)

  4. put in garlic and heat until fragrant. then add pork. cook until almost done

  5. remove pork from wok and put carrots and celery in to cook. cook until just under tender-crisp.

  6. add pork back to the wok and stir to mix with veggies

  7. add rice and green onions and mix with everthing else.

  8. scramble eggs in a bowl and then pour on top of rice mixture in the wok. stir to incorporate and cook eggs

  9. when the eggs are thoroughly cooked it's ready.

  10. After plated I like to sprinkle a little furikake on top or add sriracha sauce.
