Recipe Ingredients for Fried Rice with Peas

1 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cups frozen peas
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 garlic clove
1/16 cup soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Rice with Peas

  1. Heat pan on med-high

  2. Put oil on pan.

  3. Put peeled, crushed garlic cloves in pan.

  4. Wait until garlic is a yellow-ish colour.

  5. Put rice in, and de-clump rice.

  6. Add in soy sauce.

  7. Mix egg with rice, but keep it from touching the pan.

  8. Add in peas.

  9. Add salt and black pepper if desired.
