Recipe Ingredients for Fried rice Marc's

744 g
1 c frozen peas
1 c chicken breast
1 onion
1 c frozen corn
1 c celery
6 T peanut oil
2 T soy sauce
1/2 c chicken broth
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for Fried rice Marc's

  1. stir fry chicken & onion in oil until browned. Set aside.

  2. stir fry asparagus 1 min, add peas & corn, cover w/lid and a dash of chicken broth to steam 1 min. Set aside.

  3. stir fry carrots very hot in 1 T oil 1 min, add pea pods, stir fry 1 min then add a dash of chicken broth to cover and steam 1 min. Set aside.

  4. stir fry rice in 2 T oil very hot. Brown and turn adding more oil as necessary. When heated through add back in all ingredients. Mix, stiring in soy sauce and another couple oz chicken broth until absorbed.
