4 clove Garlic
75 grams Flour
0.5 cup Vegetable Oil, Sunflower, Oleic (70% And Over)
1 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
2 dash Pepper, Black
2 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Fried rabbit with garlic and wine

  1. Season the flour by adding salt and pepper and mixing it well.

  2. Dip the rabbit into the wine.

  3. Toss the rabbit in the seasoned flour.

  4. Lightly fry the garlic in oil until slightly brown.

  5. Add the rabbit and fry gently over low heat for 10 minutes on each side.
