Recipe Ingredients for Fried Potatoes

2.5 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
2 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Fried Potatoes

  1. Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.

  2. Slice the potatoes and onions and add to pan. Cover.

  3. Turn the potatoes frequently until they're tender.
