4 medium potatos
1/2 cup lard
2 slices onion

Recipe Directions for Fried potatoes and onions

Heat lard on medium heat. Slice onions and potatoes (leave skins on potatoes). Add onions and potatoes to lard, cook until potatoes tender. Season to liking.
