Recipe Ingredients for Fried Pork Tenderloin

3 oz Pork Tenderloin, sliced
1/2 egg
1 tbsp nonfat milk
1/4 cup organic bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Pork Tenderloin

  1. Heat oil over medium

  2. Slice pork tenderloin into medallion size pieces

  3. Tenderize the slices

  4. Add salt to each slice

  5. Combine egg and milk in small dish

  6. Put bread crumbs in a second small dish

  7. Dip tenderloin slice into egg & milk mixture

  8. Lightly cover with bread crumbs

  9. Fry in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown
