Recipe Ingredients for Fried pork loin

6 ounces pork loin
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Fried pork loin

  1. Pound pork loin until flattened and tender looking. Soak in buttermilk. Salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Let stand on wire rack for 15 minutess for flour to set.

  2. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in skillet. When hot, add pork loin. Brown well on both sides. Cover with lid during process.
