Recipe Ingredients for *Fried Pickles- YUM

8 oz Hamburger Dill Chips Pickles
3/4 cup of beer
2 eggs
1 cup Almond Meal/Flour
2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for *Fried Pickles- YUM

  1. Heat up two cups of oil to 350- the 2 tablespoons is for nutritional factoring.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yolks and 3/4 cup of the beer. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Whisk in enough flour to form a batter. If the batter is too thick add the remaining beer to thin the batter.

  3. Dip pickles one at a time using tongs into the batter and then place in the heated oil.

  4. Fry pickles for about 2 minutes flipping the pickle after about 1 minute.

  5. Place on paper towel and absorb grease, serve with ranch
