Easy vegetable dish that you can add a variety of different seasoning to accompany many different tastes. Oregano, basil, garam marsala are a few examples. Or simply use salt and pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Peppers

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 large onion
2 T olive oil
1 T flax seeds, ground

Recipe Directions for Fried Peppers

  1. Slice onion into slivers. Set aside

  2. Slice peppers into slivers. Set aside.

  3. Heat oil and fry onions for ~1 minute, or until translucent.

  4. Add peppers and continue frying until they are soft.

  5. Add seasoning to your liking along with flax seeds.

  6. Enjoy hot or cold.
