Recipe Ingredients for Fried mushrooms and potatoes

5 potatoes, diced
1 onion, sliced
5 shitake mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp flax oil
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Fried mushrooms and potatoes

  1. Suatee potatoes in flax oil

  2. After five minutes (as potatoes are beginning to cook) add onions, salt, and red pepper flakes

  3. As potatoes soften (about 3 minutes before they are fully cooked) add mushrooms.

  4. Cook all ingredients until potatoes are soft
