Recipe Ingredients for Fried low cal chicken liver

100 g chicken liver, raw
50 g red onion
2 tsp walnut oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Fried low cal chicken liver

  1. Wash liver (If you like your liver very well done slice it).

  2. Put oil in the frying pan add liver and fry on one side on medium heat under lid.

  3. When fried on one side turn, add the water and the chopped red onion, cover and let the water evaporate until the liver will fry on the second side.

  4. Sprinkle the salt when finished and serve.
