Use leftover rice (anykind) to make fried rice for a side dish

Recipe Ingredients for Fried leftover rice

1/2 cup brown rice, cooked (leftovers, apprx 1 cup)
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 egg
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fried leftover rice

Heat olive oil in wok, add onion and garlic, cook till translucent, add rice. Toss and cook till heated then make a clear space in bottom on wok and drop egg into it. Stir the egg uptil cooked and then blend egg into the rice.
