Fried Flounder with Spices Hardly any Fat

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Flounder Little Fat

1 lb flounder
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp dill
2 oz lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Fried Flounder Little Fat

Wash fillets. Mix spices with flour,exept parsley.Dip fish in the flour.Put 1 tbsp olive oil in the skillet.Put on med low heat.Cook the fish until browned on both sides and fish flakes.Put fish on a platter.Put in 1 tbsp of olive oil in skillet. Add lemon juice and parsley.Pour over fish.
