Recipe Ingredients for Fried Egg and Avocado Sandwich

1 large egg
1 oz Light Swiss Original
1/2 small avocado, mashed
1/2 medium tomato, sliced
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

Recipe Directions for Fried Egg and Avocado Sandwich

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan, and allow to cook until the white is opaque and the yolk is just set. Set aside.

  2. On one slice of bread, spread the mashed avocado. On the other, spread the cheese.

  3. Lay tomato and fried egg in between the slices to make a sandwich.
