Recipe Ingredients for Fried Chicken Tenders

9 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken tenders
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup oil for frying
1 cup milk
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Fried Chicken Tenders

  1. Mix egg and milk in a small bowl.

  2. On a dish, combine flour, salt, cayenne and black pepper.

  3. In a cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Dip chicken in flour, egg mixture, then flour again. Fry in oil, turning occasionally, until both sides of chicken are golden brown.

  5. Place on preheated plate in a 200 degree oven until ready to serve.
