1 lb chicken tenders
1/2 cup bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/8 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 dash red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Fried Chicken Tenders

Put breadcrumbs and red peppre flakes into one bowl and milk into another. Take the chicken and soak it in the milk for a few seconds and then dredge in breadcrumbs. fry over med. heat.
