1/2 cup flour
1/8 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Fried chicken tenders

Put salt pepper and flour into one bowl and then the milk into another. Take the chicken and soak it in the milk for a few seconds and then dredge it in the flour. fry over med. heat.
