Homestyle fried, skinless, chicken breast.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Chicken Breasts

4 chicken breast, skin removed
1 c all purpose flour
2 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Fried Chicken Breasts

  1. Heat four cups of vegetable, canola, olive, or peanut oil in a large cast iron skillet on medium setting.

  2. Remove skin from breasts.

  3. Remove all remaining fat and other debris from breasts.

  4. Split breasts in half, length wise.

  5. Wash breasts in cool running water and pat dry.

  6. Place flour and spices into a large ziploc bag and thoroughly mix together.

  7. Place four pieces of chicken in ziploc bag and shake to coat chicken.

  8. Shake off excess flour mixture.

  9. Place chicken in heated oil and fry for 20 minutes; 10 minutes on each side.

  10. Remove chicken and place on platter lined with absorbent paper towels.

  11. Make four boneless and four bone-in breasts servings.
