Fried Cabbage with a bit of bite.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Cabbage

4 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
16 cups raw shredded cabbage
1 pepper
3 tbsp chicken boullion
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Fried Cabbage

Cook onion and cloves of garlic in 4 tbsp olive oil till soft. Add in cabbage and continue to cook, stirring every 10 minutes. When soft, add pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder and chicken boullion. Continue to cook till desired consistency.
