I make this as an alternative to fried rice with stir fry or any kind of Asian-inspired protein and veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried cabbage

1 tbls canola oil
1 tbls minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flake
2 green onions, sliced
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried cabbage

Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Add green onion. Add cabbage and broccoli and stir together. Cook, stirring often until vegetables start to get soft, but just barely. Add fish sauce and soy sauce, Stir. Cook another minute to let flavors combine. Serve.
