Yeah I know fried but sometimes you just gotta.

Recipe Ingredients for Fried Bread Pocket

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 oz milk
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Fried Bread Pocket

  1. combine milk and vinegar set aside

  2. in a large bowl stir all dry ingredients.

  3. Add just enough of the milk mixture to make a soft dough. Roll dough into a ball cover with wrap and let sit for 10 minutes. I put a small amount of flour in a quart zip bag, divide the dough in half roll into a ball, place in the bag and using a rolling pin make a disk. roll to 1/4 inch for indian taco and 1/8 for a pocket bread like pita or so papilla.
