Recipe Ingredients for Fried Bok-choy chicken rice

1/2 head raw Bok Choy
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, raw
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fried Bok-choy chicken rice

Cook chicken and jalapeno on the heated pan. Then mix the chicken with all the vegetables. Then put the cooked rice and oyster sauce and just mix until vegetables are cooked. :)
