Recipe Ingredients for Fried Apples

4 cups peeled, pared fresh apples
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Fried Apples

  1. Peel and pare apples

  2. put 1 teaspoon or less Olive Oil in pan

  3. Heat pan to medium

  4. Add apples to pan

  5. sprinkle with sugar

  6. Stir and reduce heat

  7. Apples have natural pectin and thicken when heated

  8. Turn down the heat as they thicken

  9. Cook to desired texture (10-20 minutes)
