A nice filling meal for Friday. Makes a great lunch. I use light mayo but couldn't get it listed as an ingredient.

Recipe Ingredients for Friday Tuna Salad

6 oz tuna, light, canned in water, drained solids
2 large hard boiled eggs
2 T sweet pickle relish
2 T mayo
1/4 t garlic salt
1 t minced onion
1 c chopped celery
1/8 t curry powder

Recipe Directions for Friday Tuna Salad

  1. drain tuna

  2. peel and chop eggs

  3. chop celery

  4. combine all ingredients and chill

  5. serve on lettuce
