Recipe Ingredients for Fricasse of vegetables

1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.75 cup Onions
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 serving Hot Peppers
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 oz dry Whole Wheat Spagetti

Recipe Directions for Fricasse of vegetables

Cook in frying pan, chopped up 1 onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped orange pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, until semi soft, add the 3 tomatoes chopped, 1/2 cup of pickled hot peppers, add 1 cup chopped basil, salt & pepper taste, simmer for 20 minutes, serve with whole wheat pasta.
