Recipe Ingredients for Freshly milled wheat bread

19 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
4 tablespoons yeast
4 teaspoons salt
7 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Freshly milled wheat bread

mill 19 cups of wheat berries. combine ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the oil in K-Tec mixer and hit auto knead button when dough no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl. Oil surface with remaining oil and oil hands. Form into 5 loaves and place in bread pans. Let rise for 20 minutes and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
