A really good summer stir fry without a lot of fact but a ton of protein!

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Veggie Stir Fry

1 head Cabbage, Cooked
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Carrots
1 small Onions
2 cup Broccoli
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 oz Tamari Soy Sauce - Imported, Organic
1 oz Toasted Sesame Oil
0.504 oz Peanut Sauce
2 oz Brown Rice Vinegar, Seasoned, Organic
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Fresh Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Sautee onions in oil

  2. Add carrot.

  3. Add cabbage and wilt.

  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper.

  5. Add garlic.

  6. Pour on tamari, vinegar and peanut sauce.

  7. Remove from cooking pan, and put in tofu. Cook until warm and browned from sauce.

  8. Put tofu and sauce on top of veggies.

  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and ENJOY!
