Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Vegetable Saute

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced carrots
3/4 cup snow peas
3/4 cup sliced yellow squash
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing

Recipe Directions for Fresh Vegetable Saute

  1. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

  2. ADD vegetables; cook and stir until crisp-tender.

  3. STIR in vinegar and salad dressing mix; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
