Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Vegetable Saute

1 cup chopped carrots,
1 cup chopped spinach,
1/2 cup chopped tomato,
1/4 cup chopped onions,
1 cup chopped broccoli,
1 tsp chopped garlic,
1 tbsp olive oil,

Recipe Directions for Fresh Vegetable Saute

  1. Heat grill/pan to 300 degrees.

  2. Pour in oil, then add the chopped veggies.

  3. Lightly saute, takes about seven to ten minutes.

  4. Add salt or any desired seasoning.

  5. Bon appetite!
