Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Vegetable Salad

240 grams Celery
2 cup Cauliflower
12 Serving Tomatoes
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, sliced Cucumber, Peeled
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
9 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 tbsp Parsley, Dried
12 serving Fine White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
12 serving Ground Mustard Spice
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Fresh Vegetable Salad

Combine celery, cauliflower, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber and onion in large bowl. In container with tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients and shake/mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
