The tomato sauce is easy to make and you can use it any time. it could only be stored for a week.

Recipe Ingredients for fresh tomato sauce

1 1/5 kg fresh tomatoes
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 ground white pepper
2/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for fresh tomato sauce

  1. Cut cross on the bottom of tomatoes.cook in boiling water for a minute. rinse. tear off skin. remove stalks and seed. cut into pieces.

  2. Blend tomatoes in a blender until become sauce. set aside.

  3. Heat 4 tbsps of oil. stir fry onion over low heat until golden brown. add chopped garlic and stir fry. pour in blended tomato and all the ingredients. cook over low heat until become tomato sauce( about 15 minutes).Let it cool and refrigerate.
