A simple fresh salsa, that is good in accompaniment of quesadillas, tacos, or whatever else you like your salsa on!

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Tomato Salsa

4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large Onions
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
4 dash Salt, Table
4 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Fresh Tomato Salsa

  1. Chop tomatoes and coriander leaves

  2. Dice onions, jalapenos

  3. Dice garlic very finely

  4. Combine the ingredients on a bowl, and let sit for a few hours to let the flavors develop.
