Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Tomato Pasta

2 tomatoes, raw (3 roma)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. Olive oil
3 oz. tomato juice
1/3 c. onion
4 tbsp. Parmesan grated cheese
115 g. elbow macaroni (2 C linguine cooked)

Recipe Directions for Fresh Tomato Pasta

Saute onions, add garlic, tomatoes and juice if needed. Cook only slightly then add parsley and basil and serve over linguine. Add cheese, salt & pepper to taste.
