Recipe Ingredients for fresh tomato pasta

2 oz whole wheat pasta
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for fresh tomato pasta

  1. Roast tomatoes in 350 degree oven until skins start to pop

  2. Heat oil and garlic in a large skillet, add tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until all tomatoes mushed with potato masher and looks like a sauce

  3. Use over cooked whole wheat pasta
