Yet another fajita recipe. Add your own tempeh. This isn't as spicy and has a much fresher taste than my other recipes.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Tempeh Fajitas

1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
2 green bell peppers
1/3 cup canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Fresh Tempeh Fajitas

  1. Cut onions and peppers into strips.

  2. Dice garlic.

  3. Heat oil in large pan and add spices, making a sort of paste.

  4. Add onions, peppers, and garlic.

  5. Cook on medium until softened yet still crisp.

  6. Add tempeh and brown.

  7. Add tomatoes and some of the juice.

  8. Cook on low heat until finished.
