4 strips bacon
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 cups lima beans
4 tomatoes
2 cups corn
1 cup heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Fresh Succotash

  1. dice and fry thick cut bacon

  2. remove from pan

  3. dice garlic, onions and bell peppers

  4. brown in bacon fat

  5. dice tomatoes

  6. add frozen lima beans and frozen corn to pan

  7. add tomatoes

  8. add heavy cream
