This is fresh squeezed juice, so not sure the calories are quite correct since I don't eat the entire fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Squeezed Juice

1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 Apple Apples
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 serving Amazing Grass Green SuperFood
