Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Spinach Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

6 medium raw Onion Red
708 grams Feta Cheese Crumbles
6 1/4 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Vinegar red wine
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Pure Raw Honey
2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Olive Oil
37 1/2 oz Baby Spinach

Recipe Directions for Fresh Spinach Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

  1. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a blender. With the machine running, gradually blend in the oil.

  2. Remove stems from the fresh spinach and in a salad bowl toss spinach with dressing. Plate salad, then add red onion, cheese, and tomatoes.
