Prep all veggies and put them in a salad bowl. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Pour over salad and toss it all together.

5 oz cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
2 tbsp. red onion, diced
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp honey
