Recipe Ingredients for fresh spinach salad

1/2 pound of spinach
2 cucumber cut in slices
1/2 pound of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of mushrooms
1/2 cup of red onion
2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 zucchini
1 oz of Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for fresh spinach salad

  1. on a baking sheet add the onions, mushrooms, zuchinni, cherry tomatoes and put them in the over for about 5 minutes.

  2. lay the spinach on a long plate and add the vegetables

  3. mix the soy sauce and the lemon and pour it on the top of the salad.

  4. Mix them well.
