0.5 cup Original
2 ea Mushrooms
1/4 cup Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for fresh spinach omelette

chop spinach. slice 2 mushrooms.pour eggs into skillet. sprinkle turmeric and pepper on eggs. lay mushrooms on top of eggs. put 2/3 spinach on top of mushrooms. spread cheese on top of spinach. cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.fold in half. put on rest of spinach. serve
