Fresh Spaghetti made in food processor

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Spaghetti

2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp light olive oil
1/3 cup water
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Fresh Spaghetti

  1. Put flour and eggs in food processor

  2. Blend until cornmeal consistency

  3. Add oil and water and blend until a ball of dough

  4. Put under cloth for 10 minutes

  5. Cut into 4 pieces and put through pasta maker

  6. Allow to dry for 20 minutes

  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes
