300 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
200 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
125 grams White Onion
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 fl oz Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Fresh Salsa!

  1. Dice ingredients or chop them to desired size using a food processor.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, green bell peppers, white onion, cilantro, lemon juice and, if you like, a diced jalapeno chile pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
