3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)(123 g) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium Red Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 wedge yields Lime Juice

dice all the veggies add the oil, lime juice and cayenne pepper, let it sit for at least 1/2 hour in the fridge
