Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Salsa

8 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.33 medium Red Onions
1 cup Coriander Leaves
3 clove Garlic
1 fl oz Lime Juice
1/2 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Fresh Salsa

  1. chop tomatoes and put in a strainer-let drain for 10 mins and discard (drink) juice.

  2. dice gr pep and onion smallll

  3. mince garlic

  4. add everythang to a bowl and mix

  5. season with salt and pepper

  6. lime juice=2 tablespoons

  7. vinegar=1 tablespoon
