A pico de gallo sort of salsa good only when the tomatoes are fresh, ripe, and acidic!

Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Salsa

3 tomatoes
1 pepper, jalepeno
1/3 cup red onion
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Fresh Salsa

Chop tomatoes, pepper, and onion and mix together with lime juice, clianro, and salt to taste. for extra heat use a serrano pepper instead.
