Recipe Ingredients for Fresh Salmon Burgers

16 oz Sushi, Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
0.25 cup Panko
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Fresh Salmon Burgers

  1. mince salmon finely, place in mixing bowl

  2. Add bread crumbs, minced fresh ginger, minced green onion, egg white and pepper.

  3. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties.

  4. Grill or pan-fry
