Recipe Ingredients for fresh pico de gallo

6 oz tomato, raw
4 oz yellow onion, raw
2 oz jalapeno pepper, raw
2 tbsp chopped cilantro, raw
2 tbsp lime juice, unsweetened
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic, raw

Recipe Directions for fresh pico de gallo

Chop all vegetables to desired size. Combine in small bowl and add lime juice. Use at once or store tightly covered in refridgerator for up to a week.
